The Rural Women's Issues Committee of Saskatchewan will be holding a workshop in Davidson, Saskatchewan, on the theme of rural women and leadership.

We hope to come out of the session with :
- a better understanding of what other organizations are doing to lead in topics important to rural women as identified in our RWICS workshops
- an understanding of what individuals and organizations can do to support rural women in their current and future leadership roles and some ideas and plans about what could happen in the future
- a better understanding of communication methods we can use to communicate with rural women and with those interested in rural women's isssues and leadership
- a list of what should be contained in leadership sessions for rural women
